`La Rocca` Soave Classico, Pieropan, 2021

We first discovered this delicious wine at the River Café. We wanted a white Burgundy, but the prices were a bit of a stretch… so the sommelier recommended this! No - its not a white Burgundy, but there are similarities. The white wine is fresh with beautiful acidity but the use of oak in this wine provides that texture and flavour that we know and love.
